Individual Therapy with Melanie

One-on-one sessions for high achievers carrying anxiety, burnout, or the quiet exhaustion of always holding it together. As founder and lead therapist, Melanie blends inner child work, narrative therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help you feel grounded and like yourself again.
Relationship Therapy
(Couples/Family)
$180
Dedicated support for couples and families using methods like the Gottman Method to manage conflict and deepen emotional connections.
Group Therapy
$75
Collaborative healing and support in a group setting. Please contact us for current group availability and topics.

A 20-minute consultation to discuss your needs and ensure we are the right fit for your healing journey.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If we are not in-network with your provider, you may still be able to use your insurance through “Out-of-Network” benefits. Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend calling your provider to ask: “Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services?”
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and our therapist’s time, so we have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session, you will be charged in full for any missed or canceled sessions.
