Gulf Grove Therapy is a private practice rooted in Seminole Heights — a close-knit, artsy neighborhood of young families, creatives, and professionals in Tampa. We are hiring a licensed psychotherapist as a W-2 hourly employee. We value embodied, creative, and relational approaches to healing. Our community has a growing need for LGBTQ+ affirming support, and we want you to be part of that journey.

What We're Offering & Who We're Looking For
Flat hourly session fee, paid weekly. Approximate percentage and estimated annual income:
Registered Interns are welcome to apply beginning in 2027.
Therapists with a niche are strongly considered. Candidates must be independent, driven, and collaborative, and must enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group of clinicians. Candidates must also be very LGBTQIA+ affirming and willing to take on additional training to serve this community.
You Must Be
- Fully licensed in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Available 15–25 hours per week
- Available evenings
- LGBTQIA+ affirming and genuinely passionate about this community — we'll invest in your training if you don't have it yet
