Our Mission
At Gulf Grove Therapy, we focus on caring and effective mental health support. We help people heal, grow, and thrive. We aim to build a welcoming space for teens and adults. Here, they can face anxiety, grief, and trauma. Skilled and caring therapists will support them. Healing is a team effort. We support our clients in reclaiming their stories and building meaningful lives.
Our Values
1. Compassion & Connection
We treat every client with warmth and empathy. We also respect their unique experiences. We believe healing happens in safe, trusting relationships.
2. Holistic & Evidence-Based Care
We use various helpful methods, like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). We also consider the mind-body connection and how systemic factors affect mental health.
3. Inclusivity & Affirmation
Gulf Grove Therapy is a welcoming place for LGBTQ+ individuals and those of all faiths. We understand that cultural humility matters. We aim to create a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
4. Empowerment & Growth
Therapy isn't only about tackling problems. It's also about building strengths. We help clients grow resilience, confidence, and self-compassion. This way, they can better handle life’s challenges.
5. Accessibility & Advocacy
Mental health care should be available to everyone. We dedicate ourselves to making care more accessible. We achieve this by partnering with insurance companies. We offer flexible therapy options. We also have programs like scholarship funds for clients without insurance.

What problem do you strive to overcome? Many people feel anxious and overwhelmed. They try hard and follow society’s rules, but it doesn’t always help. Maybe you have grief, perfectionism, or trauma that is ready to be healed. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (eye movements) and talk therapy to help teens and adults. Together, we process your life story and discover new ways to live fully. I aim to build a relaxed, nonjudgmental, and warm relationship. This way, you can move forward with confidence and peace.
