Specialized one-on-one sessions with a Senior Therapist utilizing advanced evidence-based approaches.
Relationship Therapy
(Couples/Family)

Dedicated support for couples and families using methods like the Gottman Method to manage conflict and deepen emotional connections.
Group Therapy

Collaborative healing and support in a group setting. Please contact us for current group availability and topics.

Out-of-Network Benefits
If we are not in-network with your provider, you may still be able to use your insurance through “Out-of-Network” benefits. Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend calling your provider to ask: “Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services?”
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and our therapist’s time, so we have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session, you will be charged in full for any missed or canceled sessions.
